About Paul & 'QEPR'
Born in Bristol, England Paul became interested in psychology
whilst suffering from a chronic 'Social Phobia', and reading his first
books on the subject at the age of fourteen.
After a few decades and a multitude of life changing experiences
Paul decided to take his passion seriously and trained in
counseling at the University of West of England. Focusing primarily
on the techniques of Fritz Perls (Gestalt), Dr Carl Rogers (Client-
centered).
Paul then studied the ground-breaking psychological techniques of
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to Master Practitioner level
with NLP Co-founder Dr Richard Bandler and world-renown
celebrity therapist and weight-loss guru Paul McKenna.
Further breakthroughs came whilst studying as a practitioner then
advanced practitioner and trainer of EFT (Emotional Freedom
Techniques) with founder and developer Gary Craig.
Paul then went on to study the original 'tapping' energy method TFT
(Thought Field Therapy) alongside the original developers Dr.
Roger Callahan and Joanne Callahan, enabling him to diagnose
specific Meridian blockages, identify insensitivities and toxins and
how to neutralise them along with medication side-effects.
After years of research and experience Paul has also developed
his own energy healing modality 'Quantum Emotional & Physical
Release' (QEPR), based on the previous modalities and his own
innovations combined with his own unique style and discovery of
previously undiscovered 'tapping' points that are also very effective
for relieving emotional and physical problems.
Paul has also created a unique and very popular light energy
balancing exercise modality called 'Emergizes,' based on his
discoveries alongside self -Shiatsu and other powerful Energy
Medicine modalities.
Paul also studied: - hypnosis (with noted expert Michael Breen), the
Sedona method, foundational Shiatsu, Thai Body/Foot Massage at
the famous Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok, Reiki , 'Developing The
Intuitive Mind,' Meditation, Flower Remedies (Bush, Bach) with
world authority Clare G. Harvey.
He has have worked extensively around the world from Australia to
Alaska, helping people from amongst others - American Express,
Chevron, Credit Suisse, the American Club and Raffles Hotel.
More recently he worked for over 4 years as a resident therapist at
the multi-award winning - number one destination spa (Conde
Naste readers poll) Chiva Som International Health Resort’ in
Thailand. He was part of the award winning team that resulted in
Chiva Som winning the 'SpaAsia Crystal Award' 2005 for 'Best
Alternative/Complementary Health Centre'.
Paul has helped many influential people from top CEO’s and

He is the process of creating a series of books, e-books and DVD’

'I went to two “holistic” sessions, mainly to snigger. I am the kind of
narrow- minded rationalist who finds this New Age stuff screamingly
funny. A rather personable chap (Paul Emery) banged on about
how he could remove the blocked energy flows in our meridians,
mainly, it seemed, by rapping on our eyebrows like a woodpecker.
It sounded utter nonsense. The snag was it (tapping) seemed to
work. An Australian chain-smoker instantly pronounced herself
cured. There is a perfectly reasonable explanation, I know, but
there again ...'
